P&H High Court: Even if Convict Hasn’t Surrendered, Plea for Suspension of Sentence is Maintainable - 07.08.2025

P&H High Court has observed that a criminal revision petition against judgments of conviction is maintainable before this High Court, without the accused having surrendered or being in custody, in the absence of any rule in the extant P&H High Court Rules/Orders proscribing such maintainability.
