Kerala High Court: Procedural Irregularity in Matter of Seizure of Contraband is Not an Offence - 07.08.2025

Kerala High Court while quashing an FIR against a police office for illegal search and bribery, has observed that procedural irregularity in the matter of seizure of contraband alone may attract disciplinary proceedings but would not constitute an offence.
