SC: Permitting Hand-Pulled Rickshaws is against Basic Concept of Human Dignity - 07.08.2025

Supreme Court has banned the practice of permitting hand-pulled rickshaws in Matheran and has stated that permitting such a practice, which is against the basic concept of human dignity, belittles the constitutional promises of social and economic justice.
