SC Upholds Conviction of Father who Repeatedly Raped Daughter - 07.08.2025

Supreme Court while upholding a father’s conviction for repeatedly raping his minor daughter, has observed that no daughter, however aggrieved, would fabricate charges of this magnitude against her own father merely to escape household discipline.
