SC: Sessions Court has Authority to Summon Additional Accused at Committal Stage - 06.08.2025

Supreme Court has held that Sessions Court has the authority to summon an additional accused to stand trial at the committal stage under Section 193 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
