SC: IBC Moratorium doesn’t Prevent Voluntary Return of Property When Keeping it is Unviable - 06.08.2025

Supreme Court ruled that the moratorium under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 doesn’t prevent voluntary return of leased property by the corporate debtor to the lessors if keeping it is unviable and the Committee of Creditors (CoC) approves the decision.
