Rajasthan HC: Accommodation to Female Candidates for Karwa Chauth isn’t Violation of Article 14 - 05.08.2025

Rajasthan High Court while upholding accommodation granted to female candidates to appear for Patwari Direct Recruitment Examination one day prior on account of Karwa Chauth, has stated that such accommodation does not violate Article 14 or 16 of the Constitution of India.
