Rajasthan HC: Pendency of Criminal Case u/s 498-A No Ground to Deny Permission to Travel Abroad - 31.07.2025

Rajasthan HC has observed that pendency of criminal case under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC cannot be a ground to deny permission to a person to travel abroad for religious purpose. Such action amounts to violation of Fundamental Right to personal liberty under Article 21 of the Constitution.
