SC: Entry in Balance Sheet Amounts to Valid Acknowledgement - 31.07.2025

Supreme Court while reviving the dismissed insolvency plea filed by IL&FS, has reaffirmed that an entry in a company's balance sheet amounts to a valid acknowledgment of debt under Section 18 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
