Bombay HC: Consent Given in a Live-In Agreement With Man to Give Birth is Not Free - 29.07.2025

Bombay High Court has observed that consent given by a woman in an agreement to live with a man and give birth to his child cannot be considered as free consent as it is a form of surrogacy, which is banned in India.
