Madras HC: Launching Communal Campaigns against Judges Only Weakens the System - 29.07.2025

Mad. HC has observed that when a Judge sits on dias, he discharges his judicial duties as per his conscience and by adhering to judicial oath. A person aggrieved by a decision may seek remedy from legal system but launching communal campaigns on social media against Judges only weakens the system.
