Kerala High Court Recommends Parliament to Amend Criminal Procedural Law - 29.07.2025

Kerala High Court while hearing a case regarding prosecution of a dissolved company accused of cheating, has recommended Parliament to amend criminal procedural law so as to prosecute a dissolved or struck off company for the offences committed by the company during its existence.
