SC Stays HC’s Order Directing Enquiry Whether ADM Unable to Speak English is Suitable for ERO Post - 29.07.2025

Supreme Court has stayed an order passed by Uttarakhand High Court that directed inquiry as to whether an Additional District Magistrate (ADM), incapable of speaking English is suitable for the post of Election Registration Officer (ERO).
