NCLAT: Second App. Correcting Typographical Errors Not Maintainable if First App. Decided on Merits - 28.07.2025

NCLAT New Delhi bench has observed that when first application has been decided on merits then the second application correcting the typographical error cannot be maintained and is barred by Res Judicata.
