Delhi HC: Can’t Take Cognizance on Complaint without Giving Notice to Accused - 28.07.2025

Delhi High Court while comparing the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has held that Court cannot take cognizance on a complaint before giving notice to the accused under the new law.
