SCAORA Writes to CJI to Regulate Sharing of Courtroom Videos and Photographs - 28.07.2025

SCAORA has requested guidelines on prohibition of use of courtroom videos and photographs on social media platforms by lawyers and stated that such activities not only diminish the dignity and decorum of the legal profession but also risk eroding public trust in the legal system.
