SC: Can Amend Complaint Post Cognizance Step, Provided No Prejudice is Caused to Accused - 28.07.2025

Supreme Court has observed that a complaint can be amended at the post-cognizance stage if no prejudice is caused to the accused and the complainant's cross-examination is awaited.
