Kerala HC: Sale Certificate Which Isn’t an ‘Instrument’ Can become One if Original Presented in Court - 25.07.2025

Kerala High Court has opined that a sale certificate, which is not an 'instrument' at the time of its issuance, can nevertheless metamorphose into one when its original is presented for registration before a registering authority.
