P&H HC: Must Record Statement of Person Summoned by DGGI During Office Hours - 24.07.2025

Punjab and Haryana High Court has restated that the statement of any person summoned by the Directorate General of Goods and Services Tax Intelligence (DGGI) must be recorded during office hours and in the presence of his counsel.
