SC Issues Notice in Appeals Challenging Bombay HC’s Judgment Acquitting Accused in Train Blast Case - 24.07.2025

SC has issued notice in criminal appeals filed by State of Maharashtra that challenged the judgment of Bom. HC acquitting all accused in 7/11 Mumbai train blasts case. The Court held that the judgment shall not be treated as a precedent and to that extent, there is a stay of the impugned judgment.
