Delhi HC: Receiving Packages without Knowing the Content Doesn’t Satisfy Requirements of NDPS Act - 23.07.2025

Delhi High Court has stated that the act of merely receiving a package, absent any material to suggest that the Applicant was aware of its illicit contents, prima facie, cannot by itself satisfy the legal threshold of “possession” under the NDPS Act, 1985.
