HP HC: Pension Benefits to be Given to Class-III Employees Regularized Retrospectively - 22.07.2025

Himachal Pradesh High Court has held that a Class-III employee whose services have been regularized retrospectively is entitled to pensionary benefits by counting the qualifying period.
