SC: Need to Have Guidelines for Investigating Agencies Summoning Lawyers Over Legal Advice - 21.07.2025

Supreme Court has stated that there is a need of making guidelines that address the issue of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and other investigating agencies summoning lawyers over the legal advice given to clients in criminal cases.
