SC Passes Order to Prevent Russian Mother’s Attempt to Flee with Child - 18.07.2025

Supreme Court has passed an order to trace the child who was last in custody of his Russian mother and handover the unconditional custody of the child to the father. The Court further directed the Union and Delhi authorities to ensure that the woman does not leave the country.
