Bombay HC: Collector Has Inherent Power to Review Administrative Orders - 17.07.2025

Bombay High Court has observed that even in the absence of an express statutory provision the Collector has inherent power to review administrative orders till the time the decision relates to administrative, not quasi-judicial, functions.
