Kerala High Court: No Bar on Use of Automatic or Electric Vehicles for Driving Test - 17.07.2025

Kerala High Court has held that automatic or electric vehicles cannot be restricted for driving test by the State Government, through its rule-making powers under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
