MP HC: Period Spent on Furlough Not to be Counted Towards Eligible Service for Calculating Pension - 16.07.2025

Madhya Pradesh High Court has observed that the Furlough scheme itself stipulates that the period spent on Furlough shall not be counted towards eligible service for computation of pension and furlough has to be considered as a whole.
