P&H HC: Authority Must Not Dismiss Appeal Merely because Accused did Not Sign the Petition - 16.07.2025

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that the Appellate Authority cannot dismiss an appeal under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985 merely because the accused lodged in jail, was unable to sign the petition.
