NCLT Ahmedabad: Must Determine Related Party Status When Insolvency Proceedings Commence - 15.07.2025

NCLT Ahmedabad bench has observed held that determination of related party status as per the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 must be done on the date of commencement of Insolvency Proceedings and not on the basis of historical roles.
