Madras HC: Cannot Hold Protests at Whim and Fancies - 14.07.2025

Madras High Court has observed that the conducting of protest is not meant for fun and such protests cannot be conducted to the whims and fancies of the political parties. Political parties have certain responsibilities towards general public, who would be disturbed pursuant to their protests.
