Madras HC: IBBI Must Accept Proposal of CD Regarding Appointment of IRP - 10.07.2025

Madras HC while hearing a writ petition challenging the appointment of an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP), has observed that it is incumbent on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India to appoint an Interim Resolution Professional as suggested by the financial creditor or corporate debtor.
