ECI to SC: Cannot Use Aadhaar Card as Proof of Citizenship - 10.07.2025

During the hearing of the petitions challenging the "Special Intensive Revision" of Electoral Rolls in Bihar, the Election Commission of India has informed the Supreme Court that aadhaar card cannot be used as proof of citizenship.
