Bombay HC: Can Treat Predicate Offences Lodged Under BNS as Scheduled Offences under PMLA - 09.07.2025

Bombay High Court has held that 'predicate offences' under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) can be treated as 'scheduled offences' under the stringent Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA).
