Kerala HC: Cannot Claim Reservation Benefit Retrospectively if Community Later Added in OBC List - 09.07.2025

Kerala High Court has held that candidates applying under general category cannot seek benefit of reservation if their community was added to the OBC list after the last date of application had passed.
