HP HC: Once Judicial Officers Participate in Departmental Exam, they Cannot Challenge the Rules - 09.07.2025

Himachal Pradesh High Court has held that judicial officers who took the departmental exam for promotion without protest were estopped from challenging the rules if they had accepted them when they chose to appear for the exam.
