Revised formats for financial results and implementation of IndAS

MANU/SSMD/0008/2016

The Securities and Exchange Bureau of India announced that existing formats prescribed for publishing financial results will continue till 31 December 2016.

Comparatives filed with quarterly or annual financial results will have to be IndAS compliant, however, certain requirements have been relaxed.
