NCLAT: Can’t Dismiss Restoration App. if Filed in 30 Days from Date of Dismissal of Original App. - 04.07.2025

NCLAT New Delhi has held that there cannot be dismissal of a restoration application under Rule 48(2) of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Rules, 2016 if the same has been filed within 30 days from the date of dismissal of the original petition.
