Calcutta HC: Purchase Order Including Arbitration Agreement to Prevail Over Tax Invoice Lacking it - 04.07.2025

Calcutta High Court has observed that the terms and conditions of the purchase order including the arbitration agreement will prevail over and supersede the terms and conditions of the tax invoice which does not mention any arbitration agreement.
