Kerala HC Asks Working Committee to Consider Legislature’s Intention regarding Prohibition of Ragging - 04.07.2025

Kerala High Court has asked the Working Committee constituted to provide suggestions regarding amendments to the Kerala Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1998, to look into the aspect of legislature's intention to prohibit ragging both within and outside the campus of an educational institution.
