Delhi HC Modifies Order Allowing Minor to Terminate Pregnancy - 04.07.2025

Delhi High Court has modified an order by single judge which allowed a minor rape survivor to terminate her pregnancy. The modification came after the minor agreed before the Delhi High Court to carry the child.
