Delhi HC: Disability Pension Ensures that a Soldier is Not Left Without Support - 03.07.2025

Del. HC has observed that disability pension ensures that a soldier who suffers disability due to service conditions is not left without support & is able to live with financial security & dignity. It is a measure that upholds State's responsibility towards its soldiers, who have served the nation.
