Bombay HC: Saying ‘I Love You’ in with No Sexual Intent Isn’t Sexual Harassment - 02.07.2025

Bombay High Court has observed that to constitute sexual harassment words uttered should be with 'sexual intent' associated with indicative of involvement of sex or physical contact or expressing sexual overtures and merely saying 'I Love You' would not by itself amount to 'sexual intent'.
