Gauhati HC: PIL Challenges Assam Government’s Push Back Policy - 01.07.2025

A Public Interest Litigation has been filed in the Gauhati High Court in which it has been sought that the “push-back” policy adopted by Assam Government with respect to alleged illegal immigrants be declared unconstitutional.
