Telangana HC: Appointment of Arbitrator by One Party after Due Notice Cannot be Challenged - 01.07.2025

Telangana High Court has observed that appointment of an arbitrator solely by one party in accordance with the agreed terms & after giving due notice to the other party, cannot be challenged as unilateral appointment if the other party was given full and fair opportunity to nominate its arbitrator.
