Delhi HC: Meta Directed to Remove Obscene Photos of Minor Girl - 30.06.2025

Delhi High Court while hearing an application filed by a 15-year-old minor girl through her mother, has directed Meta which owns social media platform Instagram to take action against fake accounts through which obscene pictures of the minor were posted.
