Delhi HC: Can’t Reject Plaint Due to Arbitration Clause Unless Application u/s 8 is Filed - 30.06.2025

Delhi High Court has held that Courts cannot reject plaint under Order VII Rule 11(d) of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 due to existence of an arbitration clause unless a proper application is filed under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
