Kerala HC Dismisses Petition Challenging Law Mandating Display of Rates Outside Hospitals - 25.06.2025

Kerala High Court has dismissed a petition challenging provisions of Kerala Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2018 that mandate display of fees charged by every clinical establishment for its services.
