Telang. HC: Passing Preventive Detention Order for Repeated Illegal Sale of Spurious Liquor is Valid - 24.06.2025

Telangana High Court has held that owing to the last prong of section 2(a) of the Telangana Preventive Detention Act, 1986 passing an order of preventive detention for repeated illegal sale of spurious liquor, classified as 'unfit for human consumption' is a valid ground.
