SC Deprecates Practice of Parties Getting Bail & Later Going Back on Statements - 24.06.2025

Supreme Court has deprecated the practice of parties getting bail after offering deposit of substantial amount and later going back on words and approaching higher courts claiming that the condition imposed while granting bail was onerous.
