Mad. HC: Assistant Commissioner Can’t Issue Blanket Prohibitory Order Restraining Entry of Vehicles - 23.06.2025

Mad. HC while modifying condition imposed in the conduct of Murugan Conference has observed that Assistant Commissioner cannot issue a blanket prohibitory order restraining the entry of vehicles in the city as the fundamental rights of the citizens cannot be interfered with without strong reasons.
